From Deep stretching increase flexibility, Reduce fatigue from aching pain which helps to solve office syndrome symptoms or those who use heavily muscular; Yoga Flow allows you to practice body movements with breath, allows the body to produce heat from the inside and get both sweat and increase flexibility in one class; or Yoga Power that helps you learn various postures and various techniques that will stimulate the muscles to be used correctly and in order to strengthen the muscles correctly with improving yourselves better practice.
All classes are taught by experienced yoga teachers who take good care during the class in a relaxing yoga room atmosphere.
