MOOV is one stop full-service fitness studio specializing in movement-based training offering Open gym area with full-equipment in, Class exercises i.e. Yoga, HIIT, Barre, Zumba and etc., Personal training program with experienced and professional trainer. We carefully crafted our programs that they are as effective as it is fun. Whether you are in a good shape & want to take it to the next level or a newcomer to fitness, feel comfortable and achieve your goals at MOOV. Make your move count! Our studio is closed to BTS Phayathai exit 2.

Moov has a variety of yoga classes. From Deep stretching increase flexibility, Reduce fatigue from aching pain which helps to solve office syndrome symptoms or those who use heavily muscular; Yoga Flow allows you to practice body movements with breath, allows the body to produce heat from the inside and get both sweat and increase flexibility in one class; or Yoga Power that helps you learn various postures and various techniques that will stimulate the muscles to be used correctly and in order to strengthen the muscles correctly with improving yourselves better practice.
All classes are taught by experienced yoga teachers who take good care during the class in a relaxing yoga room atmosphere.
