I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. After purchasing my treatment, I found out that I couldn't use the Line app to make an appointment. I called ahead to book a time for two people, but upon arrival, they informed us that only one booking was made and we would have to wait longer. Although I had already had a teeth cleaning done two months prior, the dentist insisted that I needed to pay for another cleaning before proceeding with the teeth whitening. They also failed to inform me of the costs upfront, and I only discovered that the cleaning was the most expensive option once I was there. The teeth whitening process required three sessions, but during the last session, the dentist wasn't present. Instead, only an assistant was handling the procedure, as the dentist was busy with another patient in a different room. I would recommend avoiding this clinic based on my experience.
