1.Age during 20-35 years old

2.Must be in good health both physical and mental condition.

3.No previous surgery or injection in the propose operative area, this also include filler injection on facial area (Filler is any Foreign material injected into body i.e.  silicone fluid, Hyaluronic acid (HA), Aquamid, Hydrogel etc.).

4. No thread Lift in the propose operative area previously.

5. In individual person there may be additional procedures need with charge.

6. Patient must strictly follow Doctor/ Clinic instruction before and after operation.

7. Doctor/ clinic have the right to decline operation without guilty if there might be risk to patient or the patient is not good candidate for operation.

2.No short nose  (either Bridge or  columella )
3.No crook nose. 
4.No clearly asymmetry of both sides of face or nose. 
5.Big nose tip (Bullous nose) not included in price of treatment.
6.No Bacterial sauces such as Acne vulgaris, dental carries, tooth braces, skin infection or other foreign material which may causes infection.
