Prices

All prices on the Gowabi.com website and on GoWabi App are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), meaning the shown price online is always the final amount charged.
Our service is free of charge, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional reservation fees to the Service rate. Service Providers pay a commission (being a small percentage of the service price) to GoWabi after the fulfillment of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or change the prices of our products and services at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be implemented for various reasons, Any modifications to the prices will take effect immediately upon their update on our website or other communication channels. Customers are advised to regularly check for updates regarding the pricing of our products and services.

Expired eVoucher

eVoucher issued by Gowabi have a specified validity period, as mentioned at the time of purchase. Once an eVoucher has expired, it cannot be refunded or extended. It is the responsibility of the eVoucher holder to utilize the eVoucher within the stated validity period. Gowabi shall not be liable to honor or extend the validity of expired eVoucher. We encourage our customers to make timely use of their eVoucher to avail of the benefits offered. Expired V will not be eligible for redemption or any form of compensation.

GoWabi Cashback

By signing up for, and participating in the GoWabi Cashback Program (“GoWabi Cashback”), you agree with the following terms of use and to read and understand all of them:

The earned cash is non-transferable and the collected rewards can only be redeemed for services offered by, and accessed through GoWabi.

GoWabi reserves the right to audit and terminate fraudulent accounts at any time and without prior notice.

GoWabi reserves the right:
a) to amend the terms and conditions of GoWabi Cashback
b) to terminate your participation and / or
c) to terminate the entire program at any time and for any reason without prior personal written notice. This applies even though such changes may affect the value of the cashback or the ability to obtain certain cashback. Changes to the program shall be released on GoWabi.com.

You will earn a percentage of cashback balance on every transaction made on GoWabi platform.

Cashback Conversion

Users understand and accept that cashback credits earned through our cashback program and stored in their account are non-convertible to cash. Cashback credits are exclusively intended for use as a form of discount for future purchases on our platform, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash under any circumstances.
Any attempt to misuse or convert cashback credits into cash will be viewed as a violation of these terms and conditions and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user"’"s account

Your personal data will be protected in accordance with the private & cookies policy as applicable in its latest version and as displayed on GoWabi.com. By participating in GoWabi Cashback, you agree to allow GoWabi to communicate, in particular but not limited to, via mail, email, phone, external websites and various other channels. GoWabi Cashback and its benefit is limited to individuals for private use only. The commercial use of GoWabi Cashback is prohibited.

Cashback earned from 2023 and Jan - Jun 2024 will expire 31 Dec 2024

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Inaccurate Information and Cancellation Policy

At GoWabi, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our platform. However, there may be rare instances where inaccuracies occur regarding pricing, service descriptions, or availability of the services you have booked. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled service date, even if you have received a confirmation. Rest assured, you will receive a full refund for any charges already paid. We regret to inform you that no additional compensation will be provided under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the accuracy of the information on our platform.

Timed or dated appointments and reservations

GoWabi offers a 24 hours refund guarantee from the time of purchase of booking. If you want to cancel your appointment 24 hours before the appointment time, we will give you a 100% refund as “Cashback credit” to your Gowabi account. Some shops might offer a 12 hours or 6 hours cancellation policy, the specific cancellation policy is stated on your booking confirmation page. Please note that we are not able to refund any no-show appointments, for online payments and cashbacks. Please cancel your appointments in advance in order to receive your cashback to your account.

eVoucher and deal coupons

GoWabi offers a 7-day refund policy for non flash sale service, which begins after your purchase. If you change your mind within the 7 days the eVoucher or deal coupon was bought, we will give you a 100% refund via Cashback Only. An eVoucher or deal coupon cannot be refunded once it has been redeemed or past its 7-days refund policy. However, some partners might not accept any refunds, please read the terms & conditions on the partner page before purchasing.

*Flash sale and Buy Now User Later services can not be requested for cancellation and refunds. (Flash sale and Buy Now User Later services are non refundable)
*Expired eVoucher can not be requested for cancellation and refunds.(Expired eVoucher are non refundable)

GoWabi Gift Card

GoWabi Gift Card offers a 7-day refund guarantee, which begins the day after purchase. If you change your mind within 7 days since the purchase has been made, we will give you a 100% refund via Cashback Only. The GoWabi Gift Card cannot be refunded once it has been redeemed. GoWabi Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date purchased and cannot be redeemed once the expiry date has passed. After 7 days: can not be requested for cancellation and refunds.

Credit Card Installment Cancellation & Refund

Services purchased using credit card installment cannot request for cancellation and refund under any circumstances.
Services purchased using credit card installment cannot request for exchange or transfer to cash under any circumstances.
In case of dissatisfaction on services, GoWabi will not be responsible to refund. Customers must request for a refund with the merchant directly.

Refund Policy for Purchases Made with Cashback Credits

Users agree and acknowledge that any purchase made on our platform using cashback credits will be refunded exclusively in the form of cashback credits. No refunds will be processed to the original or any other form of payment method. The refunded cash back credits will be added back to the user's account and can be used for future purchases on our platform.
In the event a purchase is made using a combination of cashback credits and another payment method,the refund will be processed in the same order, with cashback credits being refunded first to the user's account, followed by the other payment method.
All requests for refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of our refund policy and cashback program. It's the user's responsibility to understand these terms prior to making a purchase.

Coupon Discount Codes Terms

By using our coupon discount codes, users agree and acknowledge that these codes are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances. The value of coupon discount codes can only be applied as a discount towards future purchases on our platform.
Coupon discount codes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash. Any attempt to misuse these codes will be considered as a violation of these terms and conditions and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user's account.
In the event of a refund for purchases made using coupon discount codes, the refund amount will be issued excluding the value of the discount code. The coupon discount code cannot be re-activated or replaced.
These codes are intended to provide users with a discount on their purchases, and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Gift Card Redemption and Cancellation Policy

By purchasing or using gift cards on our platform, users agree and acknowledge that the value of these gift cards is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation of any purchase made using gift cards, the refund will be returned exclusively in the form of a gift card, which will be re-credited to the user's account. No refunds will be processed to the original or any other form of payment method.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash. Misuse of gift cards, such as attempts to convert them into cash or transfer them to other users, will be viewed as a violation of these terms and conditions and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user's account.

If there is any claim made by the Customer against Gowabi, Gowabi shall immediately notify the Partner, and promptly after receipt of such notice, the Partner shall assume the defense of such suits, claims or demands and legal counsel for such defense must be approved by Gowabi prior to being engaged by the Partner to defend such claims. If Gowabi in its sole discretion so elects, Gowabi may also participate in the defense thereof. The Partner shall not settle or compromise any claims, suits, demands or consent to the entry of any judgment thereon without prior written consent of Gowabi. The Partner shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such defense including (without limitation) fees for legal counsel.
