Usually the shop provides timely and skillful service. However, I wait idle for 45 mins today to get attended. The only 2 therapists are serving 1 lady at same time. The lady gives them tips and claims it is not so easy to get an appointment... Enter the shop at 15:30 and leave by 17:35 for a pedicure and a gel appointment. Disappointing on the arrangements!
