Bought a balayage package but they gave me a gradient instead. I don’t speak much Thai so I showed them pictures but still didn’t get what I wanted. Unfortunately staff did not ask any further questions or confirmed what I wanted. When I asked why they were only bleaching the bottom, they said that was how it was done 🤷🏻♀️ Bleached only 1 time and results were very streaky and uneven. Took 6.5hrs for a poor job. Ends are split and no repair product was put on after bleaching and blow drying.
