Terms & Conditions: • This voucher can be used within 2 month after purchase. • All purchases and treatments cannot be amended. • These vouchers cannot be used with other promotions. • Show your voucher from email or GoWabi app for verification • Appointment has to be booked in advance. The shop contact details will be available in your “GoWabi’s Booking Confirmation email or My Booking page”
Spa Etiquette:
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. In the case of late arrival, treatment may be shortened in consideration of the next client.
• In case of late arrival more than 15 minutes without giving any prior notification the spa reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
• Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
• In case of postponement or cancellation, the customer will have to inform at least 24 hours otherwise the spa reserves the right to collect the full amount.

The service is missing a lot of details from greeting to massage. The front-desk person convinced you to purchase more and more. But the place is very nice, clean and new. However It is not so convenient for customer who commuting by car.
