ร้านโอเครแต่เข้ามาปุปแม่ค้าไม่มีการแนะนำว่าต่อแบบไหนขานตาความงอลระดับไหนไม่ถามซักคำเข้าร้านมาก็ขึ้นเตียงดลยแล้วเตียงผ้าที่ปูก็ไม่เปลี่ยนมีเศษผมแล้วเวลากดการต่อบางทีดึงขนตาคะแล้วถ้าร้าน อากาศอ้าวๆมีแอร์นะคะแต่อ้าวๆอบๆกลิ่นอาหาร ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องการแนะนำขนตาลูกค้าขนาดเท่าไหร่ขั้นตอนการรักษาไม่ว่าลูกค้าจะเคยต่อมาแล้วหรือยังไม่เคยก็ควรแนะนำคะ ตอนนี้ขนตาความงอลน่าจะอยู่ระดับตำ่มองไปข้างหน้าก้เห้นขนตา เหมือนชั่งมือใหม่คะต่อขนตาส่งหางก็ใส่ไม่ค่อยเต็มคะ เราขนตาน้อยแต่สามารถซ่อมไม่ให้แหว่งได้คะ นี่ต่อขนตาเป็นเหมือนกันคะอยากให้ใส่ใจลูกค้าเรื่องรายละเอียดด้วยคะ

ทางร้านต้องขอโทษลูกค้าในความไม่สะดวกนะคะ แต่ตอนต่อขนตาเสร็จทางร้านให้ลูกค้าส่องกระจกดูความเรียบร้อยแล้วลูกค้าบอกว่าขนตามันแหว่งเติมได้ไหม ซึ่งช่างตอบไปแล้วว่าขนตาลูกค้าเส้นเล็กและขาดมากเพราะลูกค้าต่อขนตาติดกันโดยไม่พัก ช่างเลยแนะนำให้พักขนตาด้วยการใช้เซรั่มบำรุงก่อน ให้ขนตาที่ขาดแหว่งเกิดขึ้นมาใหม่ค่ะ เรื่องที่ไม่ถามว่าจะต่อแบบไหน เบอร์ไหน ความงอนอะไร ช่างยืนยันนะคะว่าถามก่อนขึ้นเตียงแล้วค่ะ ตกลงเรื่องดีไซน์ ทรงขนตา ทางร้านจะคุยกับลูกค้าทุกท่านก่อนต่อขนตาค่ะ และต้องขอโทษเรื่องบรรยากาศในร้านด้วยนะคะ จะปรับปรุงแก้ไขค่ะ และเรื่องสุดท้ายลูกค้ามาไม่ตรงเวลาและมาเรท ทำให้กินเวลาลูกค้าคนถัดไปนะคะ และก่อนต่อขนตาลูกค้าบอกช่างว่าต่อทรงCat eye ระหว่างต่ออยู่ลูกค้าเปลี่ยนเป็นทรงDolly ช่างก็ต้องถอดขนตาออกและเปลี่ยนทรงให้ลูกค้าใหม่ และระหว่างต่อขนตาลูกค้าคุยโทรศัพท์และใช้ให้ช่างกดโทรกลับหาปลายทางให้ถึง2รอบ ทำให้ช่างเสียสมาธิในการต่อขนตามากค่ะ ครั้งหน้าถ้าลูกค้าไปใช้บริการร้านไหนก็ควรปรับปรุงและให้เกียรติผู้อื่นด้วยนะคะ ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกค่ะ🙏🏻
