Muay Thai Gym has private Boxing in Bangna area. Session: One-hour one-on-one, Burn focuses on teaching by a team of national boxing teachers. คลาสมวย สนุกดีค่ะ เบิร์นเต็มๆ 60 นาที / สอนได้ทั้งเด็กทั้งผู้ใหญ่ ครูเป็นกันเองมากกก แนะนำดีค่ะ เริ่มสอนจากพื้นฐานให้เลยค่ะ รับรองว่าไปเล่นต้องเหนื่อยแน่นอนค่ะ แต่สนุกมากกกค่าา 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

ไม่มีพื้นฐานการเรียนมวย แต่ก็สามารถเรียนรู้ได้ไม่ยากเลยค่ะ ครูสุภาพและตั้งใจสอนมาก ชอบที่รูปแบบการสอนเป็นไพรเวทเรียนตัวต่อตัว ใครกำลังหายิมมวยออกกำลังกายแนะนำที่นี่เลยค่ะ ยิมก็สะอาดและกว้างมากๆเลย

เพิ่งลองเรียนมวยครั้งแรก ครูใจดี สุภาพ สอนสนุก เริ่มตั้งแต่พื้นฐาน เค้าก็ค่อยๆ ปรับท่าให้ ไม่น่ากลัวอย่างที่คิด เบิร์นดีค่ะ แนะนำเลย ตั้งเป้าไว้ว่าจะลดน้ำหนักให้ได้ ไว้ไปอีกแน่นอน

เพิ่งคลอดลูกไม่นาน อยากหากิจกรรมออกกำลังกายแบบใหม่ๆ บ้าง อยากกระชับสัดส่วน แล้วก็สร้างกล้ามเนื้อค่ะ เผื่อมีทริปไปเที่ยวปีหน้า เรียนสนุก มีสนามบาส สนามบอลในโครงการด้วย ห้องอาบน้ำดี มีไดร์เป่าผม ซื้อแพคฯ ไว้แล้วจะไปหลังปีใหม่นะคะ
