The place is disorganized. The receptionist doesn't have much information about our appointment and isn't the one managing reservations. We scheduled an appointment, but we still had to wait for them to get ready, which took around thirty minutes. It is unprofessional of the therapists to gossip about how messy the spa is as they walk into the nearby massage room. The body scrub part was ok, but the amenities and aromatherapy massage were not worth the cost.
