the service of the staff in the shop was good. the problem is they asked for deposit even i have paid full amount on gowabi, and they said they will return it after i used the service. but after i’ve done it, they said they can’t return it on cash at the shop, i have to request via their official line. no one contacted me for returning it also, i have to contact them again. after contacting them, they said it’s out of service time of the their team and i have to wait until monday. it’s a very arrogant shop. i think if i don’t contact them myself they won’t return it themselves also.
