เคยต่อขนตากับที่นี่ ออกมาโอเค แต่ครั้งนี้มาทำเล็บ อาจจะดวงซวย เลยได้ช่างไม่ดี(เหมือนเพิ่งมาใหม่) ออกมาไม่ประทับใจเลยค่ะ แย่มาก ตั้งแต่เข้ามา ตอนเลือกสี ช่าง ไม่รู้ว่ามีสีไหนอยู่ตรงไหน บอกต้องถามพนักงานคนอื่น เรื่องนี้ยังพอเข้าใจได้ ว่าเอออาจจะยังไม่คุ้น แต่ปัญหาหนักที่ไม่โอเคเลยคือ ช่างทาสีให้เราผิดค่ะ เราเลือกสีจากชาร์ตของร้านเลย แต่ช่างหยิบผิด ไปหยิบเฉดเข้มกว่า ประเด็นคือพนักงานไม่ขอโทษ แถมโทษว่าเราไม่ยอมดูสีเองก่อนว่าถูกไหมตอนเปิดสีออกมา (ไม่เมกเซ้นมากค่ะ คือจะให้ดูยังไงกระปุกสีทาเล็บก็อยู่กับพนักงาน เปิดแบบเดียวแล้วก็ทาเลย ตอนทามือก็วางไว้ไกล ด้วยที่วางมือของร้าน เป็นลักษณะชันๆ ตอนทาก็มองไม่เห็น) เราแจ้งพนักงานตอนทาไปแล้วสักพักแต่ยังไม่เสร็จดี ว่าสีมันแปลกๆ แต่พนักงานก็ไม่แก้อะไรให้ บอกว่าทาไปแล้ว ทำไมไม่บอกก่อน คือพนักงานควรตรวจสอบให้ดีไหม ถ้ายังไม่คุ้นกับเครื่องมือร้าน แค่ดูให้มันดีก่อน ไม่แก้ให้ไม่ว่า แต่ขอโทษสักคำไม่มี แถมมาโทษว่าเป็นความผิดลูกค้าอีก ก่อนรับพนักงานมายังไง ร้านควรเทรนให้ดีๆหน่อยนะคะ คาดว่าคนอื่นน่าจะดี จากรีวิว แต่ของเรา รับไม่ได้จริงๆ

บริการดีมากค่ะ ขนตาที่ใช้มีคุณภาพมาก นิ่ม พริ้ว และต่ออกมาไม่รู้สึกลำคานตาเลย เคยต่อมาหลายที่ ที่ราคาพอ ๆ กัน แต่ขนตาแข็งและ ไม่เบาสบายตาแบบนี้ค่ะ
