As for the 4-step treatment from Plexment for Japan, it makes the customer's hair not soft and shiny. This is because the hair may be very dry and damaged. So I didn't see much result. I sincerely apologize for what happened. When washing your hair, the shop has to wash it 2 times because the hair is oily and the treatment will be too heavy. and the staff did not wash out the treatment But it's one treatment that makes bubbles. As for wet shirts, washing your hair may sometimes cause the shirt to become wet. But the shop is confident that we never let customers' shirts get wet until they finish getting their hair done. When the customer comes to sit in the chair The staff dry the customer's shirt before even drying their hair. The shop did not cause any additional damage to the customer's hair. We follow the steps that a company from Japan teaches us to perform the treatment correctly. If the customer is not satisfied with the work and service The shop is happy to refund 1583 baht.
