I have been a usual customer with them for massage and their brightening facial. This time I was eager to try as they have moved into a bigger location but I was disappointed big time. Aroma massage was better but the facial was 0/10. I called them at 11.30am if they have an appointment for 1pm for aroma massage the receptionist confirmed ok, then when she heard I have a gowabi booking she said she will call me back, I waited till 12.30 and called her myself only for her to reluctantly accept me to come at 1.00p. When I arrived for massage it started and ended well. And I thought I had time so to get done my facial I asked the receptionist if I can get my facial now and she said i vl have to wait 30 mins I said I am okay, she discussed a bit with one of the girls and then pointed me to the bed and started my facial herself. All the main facial steps were rushed, her hands had zero pressure, pore extraction was incomplete, steam was given for hardly 2 mins and blackhead extraction was so bad that i can still see my blackheads (very evident she did not know how to use the pin) this all was rushed and took her 10 mins after every step she would go back to answer ar reception. Finally then another girl came in and receptionist left, probably one of the facial girls, she poured so much oil on my face and started massaging it and the massage although was nice but the oil was so much that my eyelashes were soaked and i left with blurred vision after even when she was done with all the steps, all I could feel was that my face was sticky and there was zero brightness. While I was leaving 3 beds were having their facials and all seemed professional and before today my experience has always been good with facial but today was very bad and I would not come again to waste my money. Also, I really did not understand why the receptionist rushed me into having the service, if they did not have any facial girl free she could have let me know or when she asked me to wait I was waiting patiently why did she do it herself that too so bad & wasted my money. I paid 500thb for zero result. And if they have a problem with people buying off their services at gowabi they should eliminate themselves instead of giving bad service.
