• In case the customer wants to cancel or postpone please notify the shop before 24 hours otherwise the shop reserves the rights to collect the full amount of money.
• Deal must be purchased 24 hours in advance and reservations should be made before 1-2 days.
• If a customer purchases a Gowabi deal in-store, the shop is not responsible and has the right not to provide service to the customer. Because reservations and purchases must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Walk-in is not accepted in all cases. Please call to reserve the queue in advance every time before entering the service.
