ปกติจองล่วงหน้าผ่าน gowabi ไม่เคยมีปัญหา แต่รอบนี้เดินไปถึงเคาท์เตอร์ พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่ได้เช็คกับทาง app ทำให้มี double booking กับทาง benefit online website สุดท้ายได้ทำเพราะลูกค้าอีกคนไม่มา อยากจะให้มีการเชคการจอง กับแจ้งลูกค้าล่วงหน้า ถ้ามีเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นค่ะ
