จองบริการไว้ แต่พอไปถึงพนักงานไม่ได้ทำการbookingไว้ให้ และเสนอให้รออีก1ชม. หรือมาใช้บริการวันอื่นแทน แต่ไม่สะดวก ทางร้านไปขอให้คนที่เข้าไปทำแล้วหยุดการรับบริการก่อน แต่คาดคนที่เข้าไปก่อนจะไม่ยอม ทางร้านจึงแก้ปัญหาด้วยการให้พนักงานที่ทำไม่เป็นมาบริการแทน โดยใช้เวลาในการให้บริการมากกว่า2ชม. ซึ่งพนักงานอีกคนให้บริการลูกค้าคนอื่นผ่านไป2คนแล้ว และขนตาที่ออกมาก็น้อย และไม่สวยด้วย ไม่ประทับใจและจะไม่ไปใช้บริการอีกค่ะ
