The first time I went to this place for a hair removal - the team was knowledgeable and treatment was conducted seamlessly. But what I did not like at all was - there was one specialist in the room, and another person in the room who pitched me on their promotions “6 visits for 199 each”, but she repeated twice and third time emphasised on it during the treatment. She also recommend me the whitening which I did, and then the sales pitch continued. The last 10 mins, while I still had the mask on, they both asked me to rate the store 5 star before I leave. And the Thai lady, was instructed to make sure I rate before I leave. They both had their phones ready to take the picture of the review I gave. I tried explaining that GoWabi review will only pop after 1 hour so I could not, and how can I review when the treatment is not even finished yet! At check out, the receptionist asked me about the review again. I told the supervisor (who was the only person who could handle the charge) about my experience, and she apologised but then asked again to rate 5 star about the service! What is this…
