The woman I had today had a bad energy and was agressive and hard in her movements and pressure, even though i asked for a soft to medium massage. When i asked her to please go softer, she told me that i booked the wrong massage and i should have done aromatherapy. I asked her 2 more times to please be more soft but she kept going back to her own decided pressure which was strong and hard and also her style and technique were not good either. At the end of the massage, she told me to not come back. I was shocked because i had 2 other massages (the same massage as with her) here the last 2 days by other women that were excellent, also we are staying in the hotel for a week. This is not the way to treat guests in a 5 star spa and hotel!
