พนักงานตอนรับบริการโอเค แต่ในโซนออนเซ็นด้านใน รูสึกไม่ค่อยสะอาด เนื่องจากวันที่ไปน้ำไม่ไหล ทางร้านแก้ปัญหาช้า แถมปล่อยให้คนที่ไม่ได้อาบน้ำ ลงไปแช่น้ำ และไม่ชอบตรงที่ทางร้านให้นำมือถือเข้าไปใหโซนออนเซ็นได้ แม้จะให้ทุกคนใส่กางเกงก่อนลงแช่ก็ตาม อยากให้ปรับปรุงในส่วนตรงนี้ครับ
