First of all, it was very hard to get an appointment. I called them 5 times and no one answered and around 6 times, someone answered and I could made a booking. Before I called, I sent message by LINE but the response is not smooth. So I was worried if I couldn't make a booking, I might waste my money even if I already paid for 3 times of the tickets. When I visited them on the appointment day, I told them I made a booking today and a reception lady said to me 'what time?' and I answered '1pm'. She didn't explain to me anything like what to do and I was worried if the booking has been made correctly and I just sit and waited around 30 mins. And the reception lady was away from the reception for a while so I knocked the door and asked how much longer I should wait for and she made displeased face and she just said to me 'please wait'. She could explain me at the beginning. I was almost going back home and suddenly she just came out and said to me 'chuun ka'​ (please go ahead in Thai) and I entered the room. The treatment was not really hot and the staff just strokes lightly on my legs with the machine and I didn't feel the treatment was conducted properly. Gowabi said this treatment is 45 mins but they said this is 25 mins treatment. Please DO NOT write WRONG information. The treatment staff can't speak English at all so I had to use Google translation to communicate but she was polite to me. I asked to do the treatment 5 mins longer for my left leg because I felt the time was different for each leg's treatment and they did it for me. Thank you for this part. Overall I doubt that they have rate 4.7, I didn't feel any professional for the treatment and the customer service mind as well. Also English communication is not smooth. I felt bad.
