The steps includes

1. Using the ultrasound machine which causes the heat and high vibration which helps to release the muscle and helps to relax the point of pain.

2. Using the peripheral magnetic stimulation (PMS) to stimulate the nerves system which improves the blood circulation and release the muscle pain and stiff point. 

3. Using the high power laser which helps to stimulate the muscle and nerve system. It also helps the level of cellular and lessen the inflammation and pain. 

4. Using the lumbar and neck traction which helps to stretch the tight muscles and stretch and the joint.

5. Our physical therapy expert will be there to teach the exercise movement for each individual,  adjust the posture,  and fix the root cause
