Small clinic, staff is friendly and told every step before any procedure. Received 1 free medication and paid for another extra one. Still have red marks on face a day after, need to wait and see how it turn out later.

package include 1 drug. but overall the process is so brief, if im not wrong its not even 11 steps as i expect. acne extraction is good, staff is skillful, but one minus point is that the staff didnt use the hot steaming to get the pore open before the extraction. only until i asked abt it then she turned it on. i also feel that the extraction is not thorough. if i got acne extraction in other spas, they always check carefully and do extraction even at some hidden areas like chin, area above upper live, the corner of my nose. but here they only focus on prominent areas like my forehead and a bit on my cheeks then thats it. staff should have inform the guests prior to each procedure/ step they going to carry out. My friend did the 7-step package and we both started & finished at the same time so im still doubting whether the staff did all the things included in the package.
