Nail House is a trendy place with lots of pink and pop music. It’s located next to the noisy Soi 55. The staff were nice enough and tried their best given what they have to work with. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the experience. It was not a relaxing experience and the place was cramped and dirty. Dust was built up behind the spa chairs, the fabric covers were stained, the aircon had black mold around it. My paraffin treatments were okay - but the products used are cheap. The clippers were rusty. Then temperature was too hot. I felt nervous with electric heated mitts and socks so close to spa tubs full of water. The wax tubs were set on my lap and it just felt a bit dangerous. This place is fine if you’re nearby and want your nails done quick but not a place to relax and feel pampered. They have a ridged late policy (if you are over 15 mins late your voucher will be used up and your appointment canceled. It’s a busy, noisy, dirty shop… not for me.

we apologize for our mistake. it was quiet busy when you came. We assure you there are no molds in the AC.It was the filter which we clean out and left some stain.🙏🏻❤️

ลองทำพาราฟินครั้งแรก ร้อนมากเลยค่ะ เพราะผิวบางด้วย แต่พนักงานใสใจ ค่อยๆตักทีละช้อน และเอาพัดลมมาเป่าให้ น่ารักมากเลยค่ะ ทำเสร็จ ผิวนุ่มม ชอบมาเลยค่ะ
