The preparation for my exosome injection took suspiciously long, which made me question the genuineness of the product used. Although the doctor was very polite and spoke well, the overall procedure felt unusual. I asked to not use topical anesthetic, yet the injection didn’t hurt at all and didn’t leave any bruising or visible bumps—very different from my past exosome treatments. While I know exosomes don’t require a strict grid pattern like Rejuran, the experience still felt off. It’s also partly my fault for not watching them open the vial, so I don’t actually know if the product they showed me was the same one injected into my face. Because of all this, I left feeling suspicious and unsure about the authenticity of the treatment.
