I paid THB 2k for massage+Thai herb press + unlimited day pass onsen Gowabi didn’t make it clear that unlimited onsen day pass cannot be used after aromatherapy+herbal press massage. So it just deceive and spoil the purpose of having an “unlimited day pass” because I’d have to rush my onsen yo get the massage! The shop let a trainee reception to handle angry customer like me with unprofessional manner. However, staffs working at onsen section were good and helpful. They tried their best to service angry customer. During the onsen, there were 3 young ladies taking photos by their cell phone in the bath. This is a severe breach of privacy of the other customers because we were all naked! Those 3 ladies also made a loud noise and throw the water to each other. It was very annoying and not relaxing at all. The baths were too hot, the warming up bath was too cold. I haven’t tried the massage yet, but I don’t expect much. Surely this would be the first and the last time I check in here. With this price I could go massaging at Mandarin Oriental (COVID price) with a more professional service.
