They were super nice, but my hair feels more dry and dehydrated now than before i walkwd in. Also they did bot know how to treat fine hair and that you need to put oil in it or it will knot together. I should have probably warnes them beforehand so that is why I will give them 3 stars and not less, as I should have probably communicated better.

The shop would like to apologize for leaning on customer satisfaction as well. Client's hair bleached up to 11 brightness levels. The shop recommends that customers should do karatin browout to repair damaged hair. Instead of making a normal Nano Spa. which is just maintenance can't fix damaged hair The shop has to apologize to customers very much. And the shop will improve the service even better next time 🙏
