It all went well but my technician barely spoke a word to me regarding the treatment. I had to ask about the first two steps, and informed her that it’s my first hydra facial. I thought she’s understood by then but still went radio silent on me. Never asked if it’s my first time, or explained what or the purpose of each product or device was. Luckily it’s not such an invasive treatment. She was really polite but just seemed to be in her own head.
