เคยมาทำแล้วครั้งแรกเมื่อเดือน พ.ย 65 ไม่มีการเก็บค่ามัดจำจองคิว แต่พอมาทำครั้งที่2 (รอบล่าสุด) ก.พ 66 ทางร้านมีการเก็บค่ามัดจำจองคิว300บาท และจะคืนให้หลังจากที่มาทำเรียบร้อยแล้ว(แต่ไม่มีการแจ้งรายละเอียด ใน Gowabi ให้ทราบ) ซึ่งทางเราอยากให้ทางร้านได้ลงรายละเอียดใน Gowabi แจ้งให้ครบหน่อยว่า: ต่อไปนี้จะมีการเก็บค่ามัดจำจองคิวแล้ว และเหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ทำให้ลค.กับทางร้านคุยกันเกือบไม่เข้าใจ(ตามแชทในรูป) กว่าจะจบลงด้วยดีต้องโทรไปคุยกับทางร้าน ทางเราก็ยอมรับว่าโวยวายและพูดด้วยความโมโหด้วย ทำให้ทางร้านก็ได้มีการย้อนมาถามเราว่า: นี่ลูกค้าจะโทรมาจองคิวหรือคอมเพลนคะซึ่งเราก็เลยบอกว่า: ต้องการโทรมาเคลียร์ให้เข้าใจและจะสอบถามเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับเรื่องขั้นตอนการคืนเงินค่ามัดจำด้วย หลังจากที่ได้ข้อมูลครบถ้วนแล้ว ทางร้านได้มีการแนะนำว่า ในเรื่องการคอมเพลนต้องไปคอมเพลนเซลล์ของทาง Gowabi เพราะในการลงรายละเอียดใน Gowabi ต่างๆ..จะไม่เกี่ยวกับทางร้าน
