Group therapy, by bringing together individuals who have experienced something like a similar consultation, can reunite among themselves with acquaintances who have the same problem. At least 6 people common topics
1. I want to quit, burn out Burnout.
2. Love problems
3. Have anxiety problems, can't stop thinking.
4. Parents cope with teenage children.
5. Problems that require working with parents
- Before starting a group, there is a treaty first that you can leave the group if it doesn't feel okay. No secrets are opened, and participants must: Don't share your real full name with the group.
- Contact an admin to request a table for each group each week.
- Each group must have at least 6 people to be organized.
- It doesn't take more than 1 hour.
