Cervical cancer screening with HPV testing
The following examination items are:
1. Internal examination by an obstetrician-gynecologist
2. Cervical cancer screening (Pathtezt) by smearing cells from the cervix and sending them to the laboratory for examination to find abnormal cells.
3. HPV DNA test: DNA test for HPV strains related to cervical cancer. Along with checking for HPV infection types 16 and 18
Preparation before receiving the service
1. Should receive the service during the period when there is no menstruation or test 5-7 days after the end of menstruation
2. Do not use vaginal suppositories, creams or spermicides in the vagina 48 hours before the test
3. Do not douche the vagina before the test
4. Do not have sexual intercourse 24 hours before the test
