Departure flights:

Our butler can help you with check-in, and luggage drop-off, and guide you through security procedures. They will ensure that you reach the correct boarding gate on time and provide any necessary assistance throughout the process.

 

Arrival flights:

Upon your arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, our butler will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name. They will assist you with baggage handling and guide you through airport procedures, including immigration and customs.

 

This package includes:

• 1 Passenger

• 2 Checked bags (Additional baggage incurs a fee of 500 THB per piece)

• 1 Single trip at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Arrival or Departure)

 

Terms & Conditions

Departure

• Our staff will contact you to confirm your meeting time one day before the booking date.

• Your personal butler will meet you at Gate 3 of the departure lobby (Floor 4) or in car park zones 2 and 3 at the meeting time.

• Immigration and customs procedures are legally required for all passengers. Please note that your personal butler cannot accompany you during these procedures.

• The package has been tailored for one adult and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes two checked baggage allowances.

• Our staff can only provide the service within the designated service area in the airport.

• Personal butler service is only available at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

• In the event of a no-show, you will be fully charged.

• We reserve the right to cancel for any reason.

• We reserve the right to change terms, conditions, prices, and other information without prior notice.

• This voucher is for a specifying Departure or Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport only. It requires 2 vouchers for a round trip (Departure and Arrival) service. 

 

 

Arrival

• Your personal butler will accompany you at your flight's arrival gate.

• Please note that immigration and customs procedures are legally required for all passengers and your personal butler cannot accompany you during these processes.

• The package has been tailored for one adult and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes two checked baggage allowances.

• Our staff can only provide the service within the designated service area at the airport.

• Personal butler service is exclusively available at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

• In the event of no-show passengers, full charges will apply.

• We reserve the right to cancel for any reason.

• We reserve the right to change terms, conditions, prices, and other information without prior notice
