BOUNCE Fit is a multi-level class consisting of low-impact cardio and toning exercises that is suitable for beginner to advanced jumpers.

Each 45 minute class will strengthen your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate.

Most of all, it makes you smile, laugh and experience airborne fun supercharged

with all the benefits of rebound exercise!

* For safety, players must wear Bounce's sticky socks to avoid slipping.

* Players must not play beyond their abilities.

* Do not jump on the edge of the trampoline.

* Watch out for other players and give way to smaller players.

* 1 person per 1 trampoline only

* Jump safely and land with both feet.

* Do not play together or jump 2 people at the same time on 1 trampoline.

* Do not bring food and drinks. came to consume in the trampoline area

* Do not jump while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

* Bounce Fit classes will be available every Monday - Thursday around 18:00-19:00 and 19:00-20:00 (Excluding public holidays)

* Customers need to reserve a class 1 day in advance via Bounce Contact Center.
