1. This voucher is valid for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase. 

2. This voucher can be used at the specified branch only.

3. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

4. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions and privileges

5. If the service includes spa treatment, the customers are advised to reserve treatment appointment by informing Booking ID at least 2 days in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment is available.

6. Using Onsen after Aromatherapy Massage, Foot Massage, Herbal Compress, Body Scrub or Facial Treatment is not allowed because treatment products will contaminate our baths.

7. The customers can change appointments 6 hours before the starting time of your treatment and the new appointment time has to be within 24 hours.

8. The customers can change the appointment time only once.

9. If the customers show up later than the booking time, we reserve the right to deduct the full treatment duration. 

10. If the customers show up later than 15 minutes from the booking time, Yunomori Onsen & Spa has right to cancel the booking. 

11. Yunomori Onsen & Spa reserves the right to change the conditions or revoke this voucher without prior notice.
