ก่อนถึงเวลานวด 1 ชม มี พนง โทรมา reconfirm Booking พอเปิดประตู + เดินขึ้นบันไดมา ก็ไม่มี พนง งานให้ความสนใจ เสียงรองเท้ายางของเราเสียดสีกับพื้นไม้ตอนเดินขึ้นมาก็ไม่ได้ดึงดูดความสนใจของ reception เลยสักนิด จนเรามายืนหน้าโต๊ะและแจ้งว่าจองไว้ พนงถึงจะเงยหน้าจากโทรศัพท์และให้การบริการตามระเบียบ Package ที่ซื้อ คือ scrub เกลือหิมาลายัน + นวด aroma แต่เกลือที่เห็นตอนสครับมันเป็นสีขาวเหมือนปรุงทิพย์ แต่เราอาจจะเข้าใจผิดเองก็ได้ หลังสครับแล้วผิวก็นุ่มและหอมอยู่ แม้ว่าตอนขัดเม็ดเกลือจะคมไปหน่อยก็ตาม ไม่มี bathrobe ให้ใส่ แต่ให้ใช้พันผ้าขนหนูแทนตอนเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า สัมภาระส่วนตัว และ รองเท้าก็ให้เราดูเอาเองว่าจะเก็บไว้ตรงไหนได้ พนง แจ้งแค่ว่าให้ถอดเสื้อผ้าและเปลี่ยนกางเกงชั้นในที่เตรียมไว้ใหเท่านั้น ไม่มีล้างเท้าก่อนนวด อันนี้คิดเอาเองว่าตอน scrub เสร็จแล้วเดี๋ยวก็อาบน้ำ เท้าเราก็คงสะอาดตอนนั้นแหละ ส่วนการนวดอโรม่าก็เหมือน standard ทั่วไป แต่แปลกตรงที่ก่อนนวดไม่ได้มีตอบแบบสอบถามสุขภาพ ไม่มีให้เลือกว่าอยากได้น้ำหนักแบบไหน อยากเน้นตรงไหน อยากให้เลี่ยงตรงไหน ให้มาบอกเอาหน้างานตอนนวดแทน ถ้าเอาตามมาตรฐานร้านนวดทั่วไป คือ ไม่ติด แต่ถ้ามองว่า นี่คือ ร้านนวดใน รร เวสติน (5 ดาว) แล้วนั้น มันนาจะ service ได้ดีกว่านี้ แต่ก็เอาเหอะ ด้วยราคาดีลขนาดนี้มันก็ไม่ได้แย่หรอก
