เข้ารับบริการช่วงวันที่ 21 มค 2566 เวลาประมาณ 17.00 พนักงานผู้หญิงที่นวดให้อายุประมาณ 59 แกนวดดีมากพูดจาดี สุภาพ แต่มีพนักงานหญิงท่านนึงเสียงดังตะคอกพนักงานด้วยกัน ให้หาน้ำล้างเท้าลูกค้าเราก็ตกใจในระดับนึงละ ไม่ได้สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อร้าน อีกทั้งเปิดไฟใส่บริเวณที่เรานวดพร้อมตะโกนลั่นร้านว่ามองหาบัตรสมาชิกของลูกค้าที่เพิ่งเข้ามารับบริการ อีกทั้งแจ้งกลับไปที่ลูกค้าทำนองว่าเป็นความผิดของลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้แจ้งไว้ ทำให้ต้องมาหา อันนี้ไม่ใช่เป็นที่ระบบการจัดการของทางร้านหรือคะ จนพนักงานที่นวดเราอยู่ต้องแจ้งให้เขาปิดไฟที่แย้งตาเรา พนักงานท่านดังกล่าวก็พูดเชิงเสียดสีว่าต้องขอโทษลูกค้าที่นอนอยู่ด้วย แต่ก็ยังไม่ปิดไฟนะคะ เปิดจนหาเจอ ไม่รู้จักการแก้ปัญหาด้วยทางอื่นแล้วหรือคะ สักพักมีการเร่งแอร์เพราะมีลูกค้าร้อน ทางเราก็ไม่อะไรแก้ปัญหาโดยการหันหัวอีกด้านเพราะแอร์มันตกใส่หน้าเต็มๆจนพนักงานที่นวดให้เย็นจมูกต้องหาแมสมาใส่จนลูกค้าท่านดังกล่าวเขานวดเสร็จเราจึงบอกให้พนักงานท่านดังกล่าวเบาแอร์ เขาจึงสวนว่าแอร์ก็ 25องศาปกติค่ะ เราจึงถามว่าเพิ่งเบาหรือเปล่าค่ะ เพราะที่บ้านก็ใช้รุ่นนี้จำอุณหภูมิได้เป็นอย่างดี คำถามคือจะปกติไม่ปกติคุณต้องแก้ปัญหาไงค่ะ ไม่ใช่ใช้น้ำเสียงแดกดันเหมือนอย่างเคยชินที่ทำกับพนักงานท่านอื่น รบกวนเจ้าของจัดอบรมด้าน service mind ให้พนักงานดังกล่าวด้วยค่ะ ให้คะแนนเพราะพนักงานที่นวดให้น่ารัก

จอยขอโทษด้วยนะคะ เนื่องจากพนักงานนวดเป็นพนักงานใหม่ พึ่งมาทำงาน 2 วัน จึงอาจยังปรับตัวในการทำงาน จอยจะปรับปรุงบริการให้ดีขึ้นค่ะ ทั้งในประเด็นเรื่องแอร์และเรื่อง service mind ส่วนการนวด จอยจะแจ้งพนักงานนวดที่ลูกค้าชมมาว่านวดดีให้ทราบนะคะ จอยอยากให้ลูกค้ามานวดซ่อม(ฟรี) โปรแกรมเดิม หากลูกค้าสะดวก แจ้งวัน เวลา เข้ามาได้ค่ะ เนื่องจากเป็นความผิดทางร้านเองในการบริการครั้งนี้ค่ะ
