I have been a long time customer for this brand in China, and this is the first time I've tried it in Thailand. I expected the service to be the same, the staff was nice and polite but I found the shops in China more focused on hygiene (new towels laid in front of you, disposable wet wipes handled to you, etc.) and comfort (heat of the waxing, confirmation and explanation of the services, etc.). The experience in Bangkok was not bad but I simply expected more since I know how it is done in other shops o the same brand elsewhere...

I would rate my last appointment at Strip Siam Discovery with 5 stars. The staff in the reception area spoke English very well and agreed to treat me even before my appointment as I had arrived in advance. The waxing itself was done professionally.
