Appointment is really needed for this tiny shop which only has 2 seats and 2 staff. Low chance of walk-in unless on weekdays before evening. Seat and blanket can get a little warm right after the previous person left. Staff is very gentle on her hands and she keeps a really cute tiny blue pet bird on her. For those who are afraid of birds might need to think again as it might fly around a little. Note that there should be no contact with water 6hours after it is done. Updates post- session: I had a swollen left eye and red itchy brows 2 days after. I could be allergic to the solution but lesson learnt to request to do small patch test before starting treatment.
