ขออนุญาตชี้แจงในมุมของร้านนะคะ ลูกค้าโทรมาไม่จองล่วงหน้า ซึ่งทางร้านได้มีลูกค้าที่นัดไว้ล่วงหน้า ซึ่งตอนลูกค้าโทรมา ลูกค้าได้ใช้คำพูดไม่สุภาพเนื่องจากไม่สามารถ walk in ได้ นอกจากนี้ทางร้านยืนยันว่าพนักงานได้แจ้งลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับส่วนต่างที่เกิดจากการเลือกอโรม่าออยล์กลิ่นพิเศษ แต่ลูกค้าก็ยืนยันที่จะไม่จ่ายเงินหลังใช้บริการเสร็จค่ะ
