I bought a voucher for classic unlimited lash extensions. After I received my extensions, I asked the staff for the price out of curiosity. To my surprise, the price I was told is half of what I paid on Gowabi. The staff said they charged according to the number of lashes they installed, to which I clarified that I purchased a voucher for unlimited lashes. They then switched up and said they had a promotion right now and that I should’ve checked their Facebook page prior to booking. Despite paying almost twice as extra, the staff charged me additionally for lash removal from my previous extensions. Came home to check the quality of the lashes to find clumps of glue at the base. Quite disappointed ngl, I expected better.

second time here and will return. love the result and the shop is nice, the bed is very comfy. it is a bit far for downtown but the price makes it worth the trip.
