Down Perm is a Korean side-pointing hair reduction technique that attaches to the head, suitable for customers who prefer to cut the sides without plowing white but looking short. The technician collects the hair on the side by technically using a side hair inflatable press instead of cutting the plow. The result is shortened, attached to the head shape, like a short plow, but black and not white.
