จองนัดล่วงหน้าแต่ไปถึงต้องนั่งรอเกือบชั่วโมงเพราะพนักงานไม่เช็คมือถือว่ามีนัดผ่านโกวาบิ คือ แล้วจะจองไปทำไมคะ??? ถ้าต้องไปรอ แล้วพอเราเพิ่มสีแบบมีกากเพชร ตอนแรกบอกต้องเพิ่ม 50 บาท เราก็โอเค แต่พอเสร็จกลายเป็นว่าต้องเพิ่ม 100 นึง เพราะทำทุกเล็บ อ้าวว ก็ตอนแรกคุณบอก 50 บาท เราเลยโอเค พอทำเสร็จเก็บเพิ่ม แล้วแบบพูดเสียงอ่อยๆเหมือนมันต้อง 100 นึงนะ ก็น่าจะรู้ว่าเป็นความผิดของตัวเองที่แจ้งลูกค้าผิด เอาตรงๆรำราญใจมาก ขี้เกียดจะต่อความด้วย ก้เลยจ่ายๆไปให้จบๆ พนักงานควรปรับปรุงตัว เรื่องบริกสรแย่มาก

staff was friendly and seem to know what they were doing. though they were preoccupied with some audit sessions that day, they were able to suggest the colors for my French manicure to achieve the effect I wanted. the controls for the massage chairs seemed quite dusty, indicating that it was hardly switched on.
