The therapist was 20 mins late for my appointment with no apology. She was polite and adhered to very high hygiene standards throughout the service but she was clearly rushing for the next appointment (who had already arrived) I didn’t like the outcome of my brows it was very thin (by my standards) and can not wait for them to grow out
