ปกติใช้บริการร้านนี้ประจำค่ะ แต่ครั้งนี้แย่มากค่ะ จองนวดออยแต่ได้ห้องไม่ใช่ห้องออย พนง นวดไม่ได้เตรียมผ้าไว้ให้เปลี่ยนต้องเดินไปตามหา พนง พอแจ้งไปว่าทำไมเราถึงไม่ได้ห้องที่นวดออย เค้าบอกว่าไม่ว่าง เราก็ถามไปว่าถ้าไม่ว่างทำไมนัดรับจองของเราหล่ะ สักพัก เค้าก็เปลี่ยนห้องให้ แล้วเรา พอนวดไปสักพักเรารู้สึกว่า พนง ไม่ได้นวดเลยค่ะ แบบลูบๆน้ำมันทาตัวเฉยๆ เราเลยแจ้งเค้าไปว่าเรานวดหนักได้นะคะ เพราะปกติ พนง นวดประจำเราเค้าก็นวดหนักให้ แต่เนื่องจากเค้ามีปัญหาสุขภาพเลยนวดไม่ได้ สักพักเค้าแจ้งว่าจะเปลี่ยน พนง ให้ เราก็โอเค แต่พอ พนง คนใหม่เดินเข้ามาแล้วพูดขึ้นมาว่า “ไหนๆ ใครจะนวดหนัก ที่นี่เค้าไม่มีใครนวดหนักหรอก” แล้วสีหน้าท่าทาง พนง คือแย่มาก เราเลยบอกไปว่างั้นเราก็ไม่นวดและกันค่ะ ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มากๆ เราเป็นลูกค้าที่นี่มาหลายปีเพราะชอบพี่อร คือจะบอกว่าเราก็ถามแอดมินตั้งแต่จองแล้วว่ามี พนง นวดแนะนำมั้ยคะ เพราะปกตินวดกับพี่อรแล้วเค้านวดให้เราหนักได้ แต่แอดมินแจ้งว่า พนง ที่นี่นวดดีทุกคนค่ะ เราก็โอเคค่ะเพราะอยากนวดจริงๆ แต่พอเจอไปแบบนี้ก็ต้องบอกว่าเสียความรู้สึกค่ะ สำหรับเราที่เป็นลูกค้าประจำ
