It was a very good experience! My hair stylist was very patient, polite and smiley! It was my first time bleaching my hair and it took longer than expected for my hair to be dyed but no complaints from him and his assistant - they remained cheery throughout the entire 4 hours! Love the end result (which was an ashy brown, recommended by my stylist as he explained that it will complement my darker skin tone) as well as the haircut. I wanted my hair to be cut short and he was able to know what I wanted and did not rush through the job. Highly recommended!
