My voucher got marked as being used on the day before my appointment. I couldn’t reach the salon after trying to contact on line and calling by phone many times to confirm whether my voucher was valid and if the appointment next day was still confirmed. Finally got a response that my booking was confirmed only 15 minutes before the appointment, which caused me to arrive late and they wouldn’t take me, it was a waste of my time and inconvenient to go to their location. I rescheduled my appointment for the following day, was not greeted by any staff. The area where you do eyelash extensions was not clean, there were small hairs on the head sheet you lie on from the previous person, it was not hygienic and they didn’t change blankets from the previous person as I saw them walk out and let me lie down after. It’s a small room with 3 beds with 6 people inside so feels quite clustered. The lash extension turned out nice but wouldn’t recommend as it was unclean and appointment issues with the salon.
