Do not let the manager taking care of your nails, she obviously don't master the process. I ve never got such mess in my nails. First lady after 5 mins took care of someone else (what about me?), so this manager did the polygel. She was doing the same step many times and I saw that clearly it didn't make sense and ended up having fake nails super thick, bumpy and heavy, and some of them looked even off the fingers. Then a third lady came up she gave me to her because she couldn't fix her own mistakes. She apologise to her for what she done to me, but didn't say anything to me. I felt bad treated by her because I come often to her shop. I felt not recognised as a client but just a task we give to someone else because we don't know what to do. I left the shop extremely angry and it ruins my evening. The third lady was nice and new how to fix the things, and apologies many times but the manager never did talked to me again. I don't rate usually but I feel I need to express my frustration.\nUpdate: pictures are after 1 week.
