About This Service
Physique 57 is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that really let you feel the burn. Using your own bodyweight as resistance, the Physique 57 total body workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, seat and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. Our effective process, called Interval Overload, includes muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-chiseling ab moves, and fluid stretches. It’s not easy but that’s exactly why it works. And the best part is – It is highly effective without being hard on your joints.
Conditions
- Able to use at only one branch.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Must book your class at least 1 day in advance via line @Physique57 only.
- Must be activated within 90 days after purchase, if not will be automatically activated by the system.
- Not allowed to attend class after 5 minutes past the start time.
- Class booking cancellation must be made 12 hours prior to the start of class.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice

Physique 57 is really a professional barre training gym. The facility clean the staff friendly the instructors strict and responsible. I come here for improving my physical shape and learn some basic barre techniques, after several weeks I feel like I am a lot stronger and really feel happy when I join the cardio class with everyone there.
