Decent experience, with a couple exceptions: 1). Staff suggested I do a pimple extraction, which I agreed to. She then got another staff to come in and hold a light while she does the extraction. The two staff talked the entire time, which sort of ruined the ambiance. 2). Afterwards, she held up the tissue to show me what she got out and how one pimple bled badly. She didn’t have gloves on and was just touching my blood soaked tissue, which seems super unsanitary.

Very good facial treatment. Eventhough I got a few pimples after the last treatment but probably they are inner skin pimples just coming out after the cleanse. Will check with them again. Staff is very gentle and friendly.
